This page explains what happens to your information when you visit the Tacos Ay Ay Ay website. The short version is that this site collects nothing about you itself.

What this site collects

Nothing. There are no forms on this site, no accounts, no newsletter, and no analytics of any kind. We set no cookies, and we use no tracking pixels, session recording, or advertising tags. Because no non-essential cookie is set, there is no cookie banner to click through.

The type is set in the fonts already on your device rather than loaded from Google Fonts, so your visit does not hand your IP address to a font provider. The photographs and the video on the home page are served from this site's own server.

Third parties that do receive something

Only when you choose to leave this site by following a link.

• Online ordering. Every order button sends you to SpotOn, a separate company running its own ordering site. Your name, phone number, address and payment details go to SpotOn and to the restaurant, handled under SpotOn's own privacy policy, not this one.
• Maps. The Visit section links out to Google Maps. No map is embedded in the page, so Google receives nothing until you click the link. Once you do, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Phone and email links simply open your own phone or mail app. What you then send goes directly to the restaurant and is handled like any other customer conversation.

Your rights under Colorado law

We want to state this accurately rather than overclaim. The Colorado Privacy Act applies to a business that controls or processes the personal data of at least 100,000 Colorado consumers in a year, or at least 25,000 Colorado consumers while deriving revenue from selling personal data. A single restaurant does not meet either threshold, so the Act does not impose its obligations here.

That is a statement about which law applies, not a reason to hold anything back. Since this site collects nothing, there is no profile to access, correct, delete, or port, and nothing is sold or shared for targeted advertising.

Global Privacy Control

A number of states require sites to honour the Global Privacy Control signal. This site performs no selling and no targeted advertising, so there is no opt out to apply. The signal is respected by default because there is nothing for it to switch off.

Children

This site is a business listing for a restaurant and is not directed at children. No information is knowingly collected from anyone.

Changes

If the site later adds a contact form, a reservation system, an embedded map, or analytics, this page will be updated before that feature goes live, and the date at the top will change.
